7th November 2026 Two Layer Screen Printing Day

Come and join us for a day screen printing.

This class is perfect for beginners as we will do most of the heavy lifting in terms of preparation. You will be assisted by a skilled technician with over 10 years experience printing as a professional screen printer and fine artist, to help you get the most out of your experience. Classes are kept small, limited to 4 people per session. 

You will be introduced to medium format screen printing. Beginning with coating screens you will be taken through the entire process from top to tail, with examples of print work, explanations and advice on what chemicals to use and a few tips and tricks that will make your printing on the day and beyond a bit easier. 

As for the print part of the day, we will start by printing a base layer rectangle in a colour of your choosing from our range in the studio. Then for the second layer you will print your own design as either a halftone or a solid block/spot colour layer on top. 

By the end of the day you should have a small edition of between 5-8 A2 prints. 

The course will start at 10:30am so please arrive on time.

We will be in touch closer to the workshop date with an information pack, which will contain all the details you will need for the day.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
In the event you need to cancel your booking we can refund you so long as you let us know 14 days before the class. Any cancellations after this period but a week before the workshop we will do our best to offer you another date so long as there are available spaces but we will be unable to provide a refund. Any cancellations within a week before the workshop will result in a lost place without a refund.
